1. Accounts
- One account per person. You're responsible for everything done under your account — keep your password (and 2FA, if you turn it on) to yourself.
- Your Discord username on the store should be your real Discord name — it's how buyers and sellers reach each other.
- Fake accounts, impersonation, and ban-dodging get removed.
2. Selling
- Describe items honestly. Real photo of the actual item, accurate condition, flaws mentioned. The photo must be yours and the item must be yours to sell.
- Items are sold as described / as-is. What the listing says is what the buyer gets.
- Set a real price. Joke listings, bait prices, and listings for things you don't have get taken down.
- Mark your item Sold as soon as it's gone.
3. Buying & claims
- First confirmed claim gets the item. Adding something to your Claim List doesn't reserve it — the claim counts once DEVO or the seller confirms it on Discord.
- Pay only after confirmation, and only through the payment methods listed on the store. If you pay with PayPal, put the item name in the PayPal note.
- Payments happen on the payment provider's own site (PayPal, Cash App, Chime) — DEVO's Store never takes or holds your money.
- Claim-and-ghost repeatedly and you can lose claiming privileges.
4. Meet safely
- For local pickup, meet in a public place — bring a friend for anything pricey.
- For high-value items, use a mod as middleman — ask in the Discord server.
- Pickup vs. shipping is between buyer and seller — agree on it before paying.
5. Not allowed — ever
- No illegal items. Nothing stolen, counterfeit, or illegal to sell. No weapons, no drugs, nothing age-restricted to minors.
- No scams. Taking money without delivering, fake items, fake photos, chargeback abuse — scamming means your listings come down and your account can be removed, permanently.
- No harassment of other members through the store or feedback board.
6. Store Points
Store Points are a fun score for using the store. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and DEVO can adjust or reset them if they're being farmed or abused.
7. Feedback
Feedback should be honest and about a real buying/selling experience. Fake reviews — for yourself or against others — can be removed.
8. The store itself
- DEVO's Store is a community board that connects buyers and sellers — the sale itself is between those two people. The store doesn't guarantee items, hold payments, or ship anything.
- DEVO can remove any listing or account that breaks these rules, and can update the rules; the current version always lives on this page.
9. Location information
- Members must provide the town or city and postal code where they live. The store collects them for marketplace safety, meetup and shipping coordination, and fraud prevention.
- Your location is private: it is never displayed publicly, and it is shared with another member only when a transaction you are part of requires it. Sellers must have a location on file before listing items.
